Service Cancellations & Refunds
Our Badal Haji and Badal Umrah services are considered fulfilled once the religious service is performed on your behalf. Once performed, the service is non-refundable.
Refunds or cancellations may be granted only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been performed.
- An administrative error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect name or intention recorded).
- The service cannot be completed due to provider-related issues beyond our control.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
If you meet any of the conditions above, please contact us before the service is performed:

- Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of your request.
